We're a hot studio!

What does that mean?

All of our classes are practised in a heated room, designed to support your body as you move.
The heat helps to:

  • Improve muscle activation

  • Increase flexibility and mobility

  • Support circulation and overall performance

It also allows you to build strength and move more deeply, while staying low-impact.
Our studio is typically heated between 32–38°C, depending on the class and conditions.

Flow & Movement

  • A traditional hot yoga class following the 26-posture sequence, designed to build strength, improve flexibility and support overall wellbeing.

    Practised in the heat with a focus on breath and repetition, it helps improve mobility, balance and concentration.

    Available in 60, 75 and 90-minute formats.

    Through controlled movement, Re:Shape focuses on precision, alignment and time under tension.

    Using light weights, each sequence is designed to sculpt and define the body.

    Inspired by Inferno Hot Pilates and strength training, Re:Fire focuses on core activation and controlled, intentional movement.

    Using bands, blocks and optional light weights, you can adapt the intensity to suit your practice.
