We're a hot studio!
What does that mean?
All of our classes are practised in a heated room, designed to support your body as you move.
The heat helps to:

Support circulation and overall performance
It also allows you to build strength and move more deeply, while staying low-impact.
Our studio is typically heated between 32–38°C, depending on the class and conditions.

A traditional hot yoga class following the 26-posture sequence, designed to build strength, improve flexibility and support overall wellbeing.

Available in 60, 75 and 90-minute formats.

Inspired by Inferno Hot Pilates and strength training, Re:Fire focuses on core activation and controlled, intentional movement.
Using bands, blocks and optional light weights, you can adapt the intensity to suit your practice.
