A little reminder before you flow…
At Re:Connect, all our classes take place in our heated studio. Our classes are HOT (36–38°C) but the temperture may vary depending on weather conditions and people in the class.
Cancellations
We know life can be busy, so if you can’t make it, just remember we have a 2-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before class will use up your credit.
What You Need
To get the most out of your practice, please bring a yoga mat, a towel to cover your mat, and a water bottle. If you’re planning to shower, you’ll want an extra towel too.
Mats are included with monthly and annual+ memberships. If you’re dropping in, you’re welcome to bring your own or rent them at the studio for £3 per item. We also have refreshing drinks available to keep you hydrated.
