A little reminder before you flow…

At Re:Connect, all our classes take place in our beautiful heated studio. You can choose between Hot Classes (36–38°C) for an energising, detoxifying sweat, or Ambient Classes (25–30°C) for a gently warmed space that supports stamina and focus without the full heat. Both are designed to help you feel your best—moving more freely, improving circulation, and leaving class refreshed and recharged.

We know life can be busy, so if you can’t make it, just remember we have a 2-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before class will use up your credit.

To get the most out of your practice, please bring a yoga mat, a towel to cover your mat, and a water bottle. If you’re planning to shower, you’ll want an extra towel too.

Mats are included with monthly and annual+ memberships. If you’re dropping in, you’re welcome to bring your own or rent them at the studio for £2.50 per item. We also have refreshing drinks available to keep you hydrated.
