A little reminder before you flow…

All our classes take place in our heated studio (35–38°C), designed to support flexibility, circulation, and deep detoxification.

We have a 2-hour cancellation policy—if you don’t cancel at least 2 hours before the start of class, you’ll lose the credit, and it won’t be refundable.

You'll need a yoga mat, a towel to cover your mat, and a water bottle to stay hydrated. If you plan to shower, bring an extra towel.

Mats and towels are not included unless you're on a monthly or annual+ membership, but you can bring your own or rent them here for £2 per item. We also have drinks available for purchase.
