The Clocks Change This Sunday - Here's How to Stay Balanced 💚

This Sunday 26th October, the clocks go back one hour, marking the end of the summer. While that means we get an extra hour of sleep (yay!), it also brings shorter days and darker evenings. For many of us, that can leave our energy, sleep, and mood feeling a little off balance.

The sudden change in daylight can disrupt your body's internal rhythm, sometimes leading to fatigue, irritability or restlessness. That's where your mat and the heat of the studio comes in.

Practising Hot Yoga or Pilates helps reset your internal clock by combining mindful movement and breathwork in a hot room. The heat boosts circulation and endorphins, while deep breathing helps the body relax and re-establish a sense of calm and stability. It's the perfect antidote to the seasonal sluggishness that can creep in this time of year.

And if you've been waiting for the right time to build consistency... this is it. Our November Challenge is designed to help you stay active, motivated and connected as we move into the darker months. This will support your body and mind to adapt smoothly to the shift.

Whether you prefer to start your day strong with a fiery Hot Pilates class or end it with a grounding Hot Yoga session, we're inviting you to embrace the change in the best way and flow through the change with us 🧘‍♀️🧘

You might be losing an hour of light, but you're gaining time to reconnect, and a whole new season to move with purpose ✨

Drop by reception and sign up for our challenge!
