Why practice in the Hot or Ambient Room? 

Whether you choose the invigorating heat of hot yoga or the supportive warmth of our ambient classes, moving in these environments offers unique benefits for body and mind. The warmth helps soften muscles so they stretch with more ease, supports healthy circulation, boosts cardiovascular performance and metabolism, and enhances stamina.

Practising in heated or ambient conditions has also been shown to reduce stress, manage anxiety and depression, and leave you with a greater sense of balance and wellbeing. You may even notice healthier skin and improved energy levels.

Hot Room (35-38℃)

Re:Balance - Yoga

A dynamic flow class designed to build strength and improve mobility while restoring balance to both body and mind. Suitable for beginners and seasoned yogis alike, this practice blends mindful Vinyasa movement with held postures to develop focus, alignment, and overall harmony.

Re:Set - Yoga

A slow, floor-based class with meditative music and ambient lighting. Practiced in gentle heat, it eases joints, stretches the body, and soothes the mind. This calming, low-intensity practice invites you to go deeper within, relax, and reconnect with yourself. 

Re:Fire - HIIT Pilates

Hot HIIT Pilates. It blends Pilates principles with HIIT-style movements, cardiovascular conditioning, and strength training to build core stability, muscular endurance, and overall fitness

Re:Flex - Yoga

A mobility-focused class designed to improve flexibility and functional movement. Using deep, targeted stretches for hips, spine, and shoulders. It helps release tightness, improve range of motion, and make everyday movements easier. Longer holds work deep into muscles and connective tissues, leaving your body feeling open and free.

Re:Power - Pilates

A dynamic blend of Pilates and yoga designed to strengthen your core, glutes, and whole body. With controlled movements and mindful breathing, this class sculpts, tones, and improves posture, flexibility, and balance.

Hot 26 - Yoga

A classic Bikram-inspired class following the traditional 26-posture sequence in a heated room. This structured practice builds strength, improves flexibility, and boosts focus through repetition and controlled breathing. Taught without music, it offers a meditative yet physically challenging experience that detoxifies and strengthens body and mind.

Ambient Room (21-26℃)

Re:Wild - Primal Flow

Move, play, and reconnect with your body through yoga-inspired shapes and animal-like movements that build strength, coordination, and fluidity. With playful crawls, squats, and creative transitions taught step by step, this all-levels class will have you sweating, smiling, and leaving more agile and free.

Re:Balance - Yoga

A dynamic flow class to build strength, improve mobility, and restore balance to body and mind — practised in a comfortable ambient temperature (21–26°C). Blending mindful Vinyasa movement with held postures, it develops focus, alignment, and overall harmony.

Re:Shape - Body Sculpt

A strength-focused body sculpt class using weights, bands, and functional exercises like squats, lunges, and presses. Build muscle, boost metabolism, and improve core stability while sculpting a stronger, more defined body.
