Our Classes

Our flow class, designed to build strength and improve mobility for your whole body, with the aim to Re:store balance in how your body moves and also to the mind so you leave Re:laxed

Accessible for beginners and also challenging enough to give our seasoned yogis a deeper experience. The balance will not be about how long you stand on one leg or two hands, but to bring balance to the body as a whole.

Combining elements of Vinyasa to move you through the postures, linking mindful breath to movement, combined with holding postures to cultivate strength, focus, concentration and alignment.

“Balance in the body is the foundation for balance in life.” ~ B.K.S. Iyengar

Re:Balance

Inspired by nature, animals, and storytelling, this class invites you to explore a journey of movement and breath. Starting like a seed grounded on the floor, the sequence grows through postures designed to enhance breath flow, strength, coordination, and flexibility.

Re:Charge emphasizes fun, focus, and curiosity—encouraging you to approach both new and familiar poses with visualization and self-expression. It’s a yoga practice, not about perfection, but about connection and exploration.

With a slow, relaxed pace, the class allows time to delve into each posture, offering variations for all levels of ability. By the end, you’ll feel physically and emotionally recharged, ready to flow with life once again.

Re:Charge

In doing so the natural healing of the body and mind can happen in a very natural way. You will find that you are more present, calm, clear and leave feeling Re:Freshed, happy, healthy and joyful, the deeper reason for the existence of yoga.

Re:Fresh

Hot Pilates is a high-intensity, low-impact workout performed in a heated room. It combines Pilates principles with cardiovascular and strength training to improve flexibility, core strength, and overall fitness while promoting detoxification through sweating.

Re:Fire Hot Pilates

This class is for those who wish to work on improving their flexibility and mobility. Flexibility is not essential for your yoga practice, this class's aim is to make your everyday life easier. As your body begins to change it can make the simple tasks of standing, sitting and walking more comfortable and lessens the chance of injury.

Mostly a floor based class, paying attention to opening up your hips, spine and shoulders - stretching and lengthening your muscles, with longer relaxed holds in some postures to work the deeper lying tendons, ligaments and connective tissues, leading to a deeper Re:laxation as mind and body de-stress.

Re:Flex
